Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC)-(FCS)
Overview: North Carolina A&T (10-2 overall) won their fourth Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference championship in five years with a 6-1 mark in MEAC play, then edged Alcorn State 24-22 for their third Celebration Bowl crown during that same span. The Aggies have won at least nine games in a single season in the last five seasons dating back to 2014.
There's only one change to the MEAC membership for 2019, but it's a big one, as Savannah State has left the FCS for the SIAC and the NCAA Division II ranks respectively. Even so, expect North Carolina A&T to be the team to beat once again this fall.
