The "12 Days Of Bowl Games" series continues with the 1987 California Bowl contest between Eastern Michigan and San Jose State. EMU rallied in the final seconds to stun SJSU in a 30-27 thriller. It would be the program's last postseason game until 2016. That was when the Eagles fell to Old Dominion 24-20 in the Bahamas Bowl.
