This week's installment of "RFC Throwback Thursday" comes in the first of two parts, turning the clock back to 1988. That was when the Tulane University Green Wave took on the then Memphis State University (now the University of Memphis) Tigers at the then Louisiana (now Mercedes Benz) Superdome in New Orleans. Now sit back and take a look back at the first half of a classic battle between two teams from two mid-sized Southern cities.
