This week's installment of "RFC Throwback Thursday" turns the clock back to October 7, 2017. That was when Navy held off a pesky Air Force squad to win a high-scoring game by a field goal. The Midshipmen would go on to crush Virginia in the Military Bowl to finish the season at 7-6 overall despite losing six of their last seven regular-season games following a 5-0 start, while the Falcons finished their 2017 campaign at 5-7 overall, and on the outside looking in when bowl season arrived.
