With Wittenberg playing host to DePauw this weekend in what's not only a "Battle of the Tigers", but also a showdown between the only two undefeated in the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) at 6-0 overall, and 5-0 in NCAC action, here's a brief history of the Wittenberg program below.

The Wittenberg Tigers currently have the winningest program at the NCAA Division III level, bringing an all-time record of 756-358-31 (.673 winning percentage) into this week's game vs. DePauw. Wittenberg has also won 31 conference championships, including 14 NCAC crowns dating back to 1992, as well as five national championships, with the most recent crown coming in 1975.
