Just when it seemed like the Golden Rams of Albany State University had any hope of winning the NCAA Division II Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) title for the fourth straight year disappear, this flock of sheep from Georgia got some unlikely help from two unexpected places this past weekend.

MOUNT UNION-CAPITAL REVISITED

One of the biggest games of the year at the NCAA Division III level turned into a laugher last Saturday, as the defending national champion Purple Raiders of Mount Union chewed up Capital 38-12 in a battle of "purple people eaters" in the Ohio Athletic Conference last weekend.
