Last week, RFC "Throwback Thursday" turned the clock back to Sunday, October 3, 1982. That was when the now-defunct Occidental College program hosted the University of San Diego in a contest that aired regionally on CBS Sports to replace NFL games due to the players' strike. This week, we continue with our look back at Sunday, October 3, 1982. This time, it's the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Titans going to Menomonie, Wisconsin, to face the University of Wisconsin-Stout Blue Devils in another regionally televised contest on CBS. Oshkosh finished the 1982 season 3-7, while Stout finished 8-2.
