This week's edition of "RFC Throwback Thursday takes us back to November 17, 1990. That was when the Louisiana Tech University Bulldogs hosted the Colorado State University Rams in what was then a non-conference NCAA Division I-A (now Football Bowl Subdivision-FBS) game played in Ruston, Louisiana. The Bulldogs rallied from a 30-14 deficit to defeat the Rams 31-30. Louisiana Tech finished the 1990 season at 8-3-1 overall following a 34-34 tie against Maryland in the Independence Bowl, while Colorado State finished its 1990 campaign at 9-4 overall after knocking off Oregon 32-31 to win the Freedom Bowl.
