2012 overall record in parentheses
Ave Maria (1-7): Gyrenes will play a full schedule in 2013 that includes games against NCAA Division II newcomer Florida Tech, as well as Point University out of Georgia.
Dakota State (2-9): The Trojans will be one of five teams that will form the all-new North Star Athletic Association (NSAA), which will officially begin play this fall.
Edward Waters (5-5): The Tigers will look to post a winning record after breaking even last season.
Haskell Indian Nations (1-8): Indians face a long, tough road after a rough 2012 season.
Jamestown (4-6): Jimmies begin a new era in a new conference with, who else, a new head coach in Shawn Frank. He inherits a program that returns 14 starters (eight offense, five defense, and one special teams player) from 2012.
Lindenwood-Belleville (Ill.)--(4-6): Lynx look to build on last year's mark, and finish over .500 for the first time in their program's brief history.
Mayville State (5-6): Comets hope to rebound after a fast start (3-1) fizzled into a sour finish (2-5) last season.
Menlo (4-6): Oaks will play six games on the road this season, with their longest trip taking them to Delaware for an October 26 contest against perennial NCAA Division III Wesley. Oh, and former Arena Football League quarterback Mark Grieb is in his first season as the Oaks head coach.
Point (2-8): The Skyhawks face yet another tough slate in 2013, facing FCS Gardner-Webb, NCAA Division II West Georgia, NCAA Division III Millsaps, and first year D-II program Alderson-Broaddus, among others.
Valley City State (7-3): Coming off of a winning season in 2012, the Vikings hope to take their program to the next level in 2013. By the way, they were the lone team on this aforementioned list to actually finish last season with a winning record.
Webber International (4-6): Despite a sluggish start, the Warriors finish strong in 2012, winning of their last four contests to close things out. Hopefully, that will carry over into 2013.
