Sometimes those small-school quarterbacks come up huge

As the 2008 NFL season gets underway, there's a revival among quarterbacks who played their college football at smaller institutions. That list includes Baltimore Ravens rookie Joe Flacco, who led the University of Delaware to a national runner-up finish in the Football Championship Subdivision title game last season.
